Copy pdf onto pdffarm page. (Create > Attachment) and Save
Open in browser using test link on Collections page.
Copy web address from browser, create hotspot link.
Paste link to pdf as URL into hotspot box (inkwell).

to add a google map
find map in google
click "link" above right corner
customize if needed (link provided on map)
copy html and paste into map location
designate code as "pass-thru html"
